    Description

A rare Colonial American document! This 7 3/4 by 12.5" deed conveys land on Southack Street, now Charles and Phillips Streets from Edward and Mary Green to JOHN HANCOCK. Executed before Boston Attorney Belcher Noyes, it is signed by both Greens, not by the buyer, John Hancock. Framed in a double sided 12 by 19.5" framed with period engraving of Hancock, map of the location, and transcriptions, this wonderful piece is ready for hanging. Provenance shows it was auctioned for 5 in 1997.   Buyer to pay .00 insured USPS ground. 9-10 pounds priority international,
