1928A United States Note Red Seal Error Offset Misalign Circulated Nice

Description

1928A United States Note with red seal & serial numbers.  The left margin on the front side of the bill is smaller than the right margin & the bottom margin is a lot smaller than all 3 of the other margins.  The seal & serial numbers are offset to the right of where they should be.  There appears to be some extra ink along the top edge of the serial number on the left & some ink missing from several digits of the one on the right.  The bill is circulated, showing some wear, such as wrinkles, creases & edge & corner wear.  It also has a small tear on the bottom edge a little right of center & 3 pin holes in the border on the right edge (when facing front).  The bill is not certified, it has not been professionally graded.
