BEAUTIFUL, 4 FEET TALL, soft body, huggable doll. Pristine condition!!!

This doll was found at an estate sale in such beautiful condition. I originally thought it was home made it's so well done, but then I found a manufacture tag under the dress (see pics).  The sweet Prarie dress is clean and crisp with a gorgeous pattern (see close up shot of design) Hair is gorgeous blonde yarn with two perfect braids.  All exposed areas of "skin" are pristine, no dirt.  Estate was non-smoking. This home is non-smoking. Non-covid, clean pet friendly. No odors in dolls, nor do I "febreeze" in case of allergies on the part of the lucky person who will get this. She is 4 FEET TALL, with a sweet face.
I had to put condition of used as there is no tags attached but I would describe this as New without tags it's in such great condition.
Would make a great gift for a lucky little girl for the holidays or any day.....
