    Description

    Very large and very old, from the design and lettering I would estimate early 20th century.  This particular design is exclusive to the Secretary of the Treasury, one of the most important members of the President's cabinet and fifth in line of succession to the President.  It is hand written on the edge as secretary of the treasury #4 which indicates the size (the largest they made).  It is possible that a flag expert could date this more precisely but I do not have much information on Paramount.
