Samoa Scott 591 souvenir sheet, mint/never hinged.
This is the 1983 sheet marking the 200th anniversary of manned flight (via balloon) and the 50th anniversary of Douglas aircraft.
Stamps shown in photos are the ones you will receive so please examine.
I do not attempt to place a grade on stamps. I do note any flaws or hinging issues. However, where centering (often the core value of grading) is concerned, your eye and the goals for your collection are your best guides. This has been my personal practice for more than 50 years of collecting.
