    This appears to be a reprint, as are the vast majority of the Samoa EXPRESS stamps in collections and on the market.
    Originals are very rare and expensive and are difficult to positively identify.
    This is a decent example with full gum.
    2023 Scott cat. val. of the original is .50 (if it could be found), and the reprints are not priced.
