This crisp note from the rarer B-A block of the popular Woods-Mellon signature combination 1928-A series has minimal to light rounding and wear on all 4 corners.  There are 2 heavy vertical creases just to the right of center, along with lesser creases, folds, and wrinkles scattered throughout.  The bill shows good overall color, but there is some faint brown staining - smaller than a serial number digit - in the left margin, near the bottom corner and visible on both front and back.  The edges are generally smooth, but there are notches beginning to form at the tops and bottoms of the vertical creases.
Beyond those imperfections, you have an attractive old note from a popular series, with a bold red seal and no holes, tears, or missing pieces.
