This crisp note from the rare and popular Tate-Mellon signature combination 1928 series has minimal rounding and wear on all 4 corners.  There are 3 heavy vertical creases, a heavy horizontal crease near the middle, and lesser creases, folds, and wrinkles scattered throughout.  The bill shows good overall color, but there is some rust-colored staining at the right margin where the bill apparently was previously paper-clipped.  There are 3 pinholes visible when the bill is held up to light.
Beyond those imperfections, you have an attractive old note from a popular series, with a bold red seal and no tears, rough edges, or missing pieces.
