This note from the 1953-B series has light to moderate rounding and wear on all 4 corners.  There are 3 heavy vertical creases, a heavy horizontal crease through the middle, and lesser creases, folds, and wrinkles scattered throughout.
The bill is discolored from its use over the years, with several additional darkened areas; the worst appears to be an area to the lower right of Jefferson’s portrait which is about the size of the red seal.   The edges are rough with multiple notches and small tears, but none of the damage extends into the printed area.
Beyond those imperfections, you have a decent old note, with a bold red seal and no holes or missing pieces.
